Huh.. I mean obviously I wasn't there in game, I just looked at the stream (where this was pulled from) and scrolled back further than this log shows. Looked like Trelanya was there healing probably. She fogged Flinnegan and you happened to be in the same room? Who knows. Definitely can be pretty hectic in a big group fight when there's a someone dangerous, in pk range, and likely juggernaut "just minding his own business" lol and then throws a blackjack in the middle of a group fight.
My opinion is you jumped onto the winning side for a little fun gangbang. But that's just my opinion from a complete outside perspective so I won't throw any more shit than that and won't even suggest anything needs to happen about it. Just my observation.

Trelanya and Berlot didn't enter any cabal path. I remember explicitly telling them that they were able to assist so long as they didn't enter the path or help invade. The ass beating that happened above was a result of tripwires and bodyslams. I thought I was flying in this encounter, but I guess somewhere along the line, my flight spell ended. Lag abilities + dirt kicking is the bane of a paladin, and here it was used to its deadliest potential. That is all.

I have two thoughts upon reading all that, and these are completely aside and nothing to do with whatever drama and OOC that might be involved there so nobody needs to think this personal.
The first is that it seems like a paladin should be a group anchor, offering considerable safety, protection, inspiration (i.e. all the cool leader things) to his groupmate. If you take simply "two neutral thieves" and up against a group with a paladin in it, it just doesnt make sense to me that you can just wreck that paladins group-mate with the paladin standing right next to him. In fact probably the exact opposite. That looks like the paladins ability to sanc/heal/armor etc his party has been severely diminished to the point its not worth it to even try. I think its safe to say playing a paladin in this envornment looks like a daunting challenge that requires a lot of guts and courage to take on.
The second is that it seems like every tom dick and harry does massacres through sanc nowadays.

The first is that it seems like a paladin should be a group anchor, offering considerable safety, protection, inspiration (i.e. all the cool leader things) to his groupmate. If you take simply "two neutral thieves" and up against a group with a paladin in it, it just doesnt make sense to me that you can just wreck that paladins group-mate with the paladin standing right next to him. In fact probably the exact opposite. That looks like the paladins ability to sanc/heal/armor etc his party has been severely diminished to the point its not worth it to even try. I think its safe to say playing a paladin in this envornment looks like a daunting challenge that requires a lot of guts and courage to take on.
The second is that it seems like every tom dick and harry does massacres through sanc nowadays.
