Life can be difficult in Enthema for some. Cold darkness warmed only by
the sheer effort of working all through the night in the slave pits. This
was not Giselle's life. Giselle was the daughter of the "Mayor" of Enthema.
They don't technically have a mayor, but her father was the Master
Mindflayer's right hand, tasked with keeping the place under control.
Each day, she would watch her father handle disputes amongst the slaves or
give production reports to the boss or talk (what felt endlessly) with other
senior Illithid about enacting a curfew, or a new tax, or whatever the
"Pressing" business of the day was.
Thus her love for minutia and beauracracy was born.
On her 17th birthday, she left home, to learn and grow and one day, become the hardest job of all. A law enforcement professional.
Description:
Pale, grey skin, riddled with veins and damp pools of water stretches
over the massive skull of this Illithid. Black, emotionless eyes peer out
at you, over several quivering tentacles. It's impossible to tell the
gender, or age, or what it's thinking, due to it's completely different
physiology. She is about 9 hands tall, and thin, flowing robes obscure her
form, but she's thin. Her clawlike hands clench, and you see nothingness
look from behind those cold, dark eyes.
