  1. You were flagged for assisting Mazush evade capture (Law 4). You would not have gotten any of your wares back since you attacked a Justice. This is cut and dry. What the log shows, however, is a bug that I wasn't able to sentence you.
    1. Except for the fact that I attacked you of my own volition, nothing to do with 'preventing' a criminal from escaping simply a thirst for blood.
    2. Doesn't matter what you perceive, if you are attacking a Justice who is after a criminal. He can flag you under Law 4.
    3. As much as it sucks, Lorne is right. Technically even throwing a pebble at them is considered as an obstruction of "Justice". Anything that's interfering, slowing them down whatever etc.

      Just sucks that Cedowyl got lucky twice completely undeserved. Literally just pressed wrath on both chars once and got his frags lol :D
    4. Taking down the top two heavy hitters in the game right now by correctly using Wrath = undeserving? Sounds like you're just butthurt for getting caught.

    6. Lorne, so does that also mean if somewhere in Serin is a criminal and I'm in a completely different unprotected area and I attack a Justice, I can get flagged for that too? Just because I was in the same area as Mazush doesn't mean I am aiding him.
    7. Yes you could Luthir. Basically if a criminal is about and a Justice is chasing them, they can flag you under Law 4. The criminal could have ie. just worded, teleported, gated etc. And the Justice is in pursuit and you attack, you are obstructing Justice.

      I mean, if you think you are wrongly flagged, an inquiry can be brought up in the cabal but it isn't hard for the Justice to prove they were doing their duties. Most of the time if there is someone wanted, that is what the Justice is doing, trying to catch the criminal.

      So if you want to avoid a wanted flag, if there is someone wanted, don't fuck around with the Justice or aid the criminal in any way.

  2. Besides the fact that you were obviously directly trying to aid a criminal throughout that entire fight. It would be a thin excuse to try and claim otherwise.

    Everyone else is correct. Any aid of a criminal, incidental or otherwise is considered a violation of the law. That does mean that they can't hunt you with a criminal around, so there are perks.
