Before you twisted and deformed a creature of malevolence stands. His skin color changed do to lack of light it is pale and blue veins can be seen pulsating in his face. His eyes are blacked out unable to see the difference between the iris and the rest of it. His ragged breathing brings the stench of flesh and rotten meat. His hands have long bone like fingers that have elongated claws a dirty brown color. His muscles quiver and shake as if an unknown entity flows under his skin. When he gives a sly grin black sharpened teeth point outward, a pointed, forked, blue tongue can be seen behind them. A dark aura seems to hover over this being as if it controls and makes him his puppet.
