Barracks life
The sun just comes over the hill as a young teenage drow and his father finish their morning run. Dad was in the unlit city guard and retired after forty-five years of duty. Eventually becoming a personal guard to the queen before finishing his time. They owned a nice house in the town around the corner from the bank and ran the same route everyday. Ceinn was use to the routine and life of constant schedules his only real memories as a child would be him pretending to be a justice of serin and his father saying "Oh one day my son, just work hard". So everyday he would train a little longer a little harder. Time came he was ready to make his own way. A bit of pocket money and his fathers guard sword he was well on his way to a dream fulfilled.

Description:

A vigilant drow is standing here, hands poised on his waist. Lithe and tall, his body carved to perfection from years of labor. Silver hair is kept in a rogue knot behind his head, a few strands falling around his face. His ears are especially interesting for they are pointed, but they seem shorter than usual. His violet eyes show melancholy, a deep yearning for something missing.

  1. In fact, I was looking forward to causing more trouble for you.

    1. Was looking forward to some interesting roleplay. Why the delete?

      1. Thy foul ways take another life, Illi. And look at you. Wanting to prolong the evil you've sowed.
        1. He kept his will to live through three hellstreams, but apparently an acid blast was too much for him. I can hardly be blamed for that.

Tried the Drow Dark-knight combo a while back and got frustrated when I got instantly murdered by the three jotun soldiers guarding Redhorne (now only 2 guards there). Thought well this is a terrible combo, and fast forward to Eurayel or however it was spelled.

Experiment with classes because some people just make race/class combos look easy.

Did you send any mobs at other players?

Lol the player behind eurayel could roll a 5 strength gnome warrior and still murder you in his sleep. Some people can just roll anything and its cream for them.

I like the name. I'd delete too if I died to elf invokers.

Don't count out invokers, they can be tank. I still bebate an earth invoker with ice shield raining world ending meteors.

Seriously did you ever use compulsion? I want some feedback on that corruption.

Plagues and poisons are both severely overlooked spells when fighting an invoker with dark-knight. Very often the invoker is wearing a super heavy stupid weapon so you get to disarm them with your poison spell. And then your plague puts them low health when they turbo run off like that. You should be able to at least get an invoker to quit out

DKN still get silence? Should invokers really even be a problem?

Yes they are. Silence would cause a fight reset or they put 100+ saves on, and it doesn't last very long. The problem is killing that invoker.

And how does plague and poison help when they put 100+ saves?

That was my point... silence isn't helping you to intimidate an invoker much more than they already are. Its very overrated. Also, I am of the opinion DK would be much more intimidating class if it had blasphemy nowadays (especially with the dodge loss)

            yes blasphemy
          [reply to Merlandox]
        6. Well plague is contagious, so you don't have to plague the person you are fighting...
