This game is in a weird place for me. From everything that transpired with Chul, I really wanted to give this game a break and then I though meh fuck it make another drow shadow try and kill as many people as possible and just have fun on your own terms. So I did just that, some of you had absolutely 0 problem being wanted and logging in when I was lvl 42 and with trash equipment. But then all of a sudden I get to 50 and I have tenors now people are in their hidey hole. Seeing Illyiza delete was one reason for me to lose the enchantment with this game. I carefully crafted my equipment to fight necros, dkns and shamans and of course when I finally have what I need no one logs in. Playing about 4 hours a day and keepers avoiding fights, not invading, not taking flags. Warlords just dueling around vendettas. Kudos to you lumubella for actually fighting even though confine backfired on you. Again I made this character to put people in the worst situation in a fight and what did that do, no one wants to log in and no one wants to fight. I doubt I would have the same success with another character in a different cabal and if i did I imagine the result would be the same where people just avoid the game. I'm not interested in seeing that happen.

I liked Melise, but didn't like some of the things I saw. In general, when people piss you off then feel free to act like an asshole. From what I saw, you full looted all the time. This is what leaves a bad taste in peoples mouth. When I fought you I really didn't want to deal with dying and spending a lot of time gaining wears. I think most people pull the full loot when there is a good reason, not just because I am a dick. Being a dick because everyone else is acting that way (which is not true) is a poor excuse in my book.

Its summer, corona quarantine is over, of course a lot of people stop logging on for time being or not as active... the fact that there's always 3 justices about makes being a criminal quite shitty... but dont act like people were not giving you fights outside of town, you just had several fights this week.
You really need to stop deleting badass chars, just develop some RP with your main and as i said wreck havoc on an alt to get your PK urges satisfied when things are dry for justice...
Look at what you rolled, then look at what you wrote. You rolled a shadow justice and expected people to come after you while you sit in the shaman guild for hours a day and also have the best evasion kit in the game. You want action make a legion. I didn't really see any depth to this character, But you did kill a healer and got tenor before throwing this one on the trash heap so thats something.
It upsets me so much because its fun to have people that make every fight hard for you and you definitely have the skills there.
The biggest hypocrisy is that you deleted your char when you got Wanted, instead of fighting Praoli... Talk about tasting your own medicine? Well, firstly, I would like to say... I wasn't sure if you were roleplaying a blaspheming bitch orrr you the player have an actual distaste for the people running the game. It actually made it kind of cringy to play with you half the time. I made jokes about it because that was really the only way I could handle it. Other then that, you did a really good job playing an evil justice.
I get it, you were bored, we leaned on the game real hard. That is when you take your character further. You said two keepers were on and they didn't even invade, yawn. There is only a very very small handful of people that are even capable of having fun while being wanted. You have to remember this place is about fun, that is why we are here... To have fun? What if neither of those keepers are that person. Getting wanted and than having to re-equip might not be fun for some people. Maybe they didn't create the keepers to fight a special guard and every lame npc in the game. Maybe the ranger was created to take down Dogran. You don't know what there fun is.
That being said you can always create your own fun, when 1v1 isn't fun fight 1v2, A shadow definitely had the capabilities to go 1v2, strangle one. nuke the other, skulk off and rest up and come back and 1v1 the remainder or kill the weaker one again. But instead you just wanted to dunk on people with your special guard which is absolutely 100% fine too. It is your fun, but you can't get mad when you suppress the playerbase. Because this behavior will stop people from wanting to log in, which is absolutely fine too! There has been plenty of characters that suppress logins. But you can't get mad about the consequences of your own damn actions. Just deal with it, make your own fun. Or Do what I do once in a while. Purposefully go into a losing situation to have a fresh start with your character, if you aren't finished with it yet but still want to put some miles on.

I personally tried playing a hotheaded paladin who refuses to kneel to evil and is ready to sacrifice his own career to smack down some wicked. Give people some show right, but theres not much you can do as lawful if you or praoli dont leave town unless you are together lol. Anyway, i didnt recruit anything, if anything i was being recruited to come back to the game after a long break by various PMs on forums and interesting changes. The people who I group with are whatever people are online and if those people happen to be online as often as i am then what are we supposed to do? Sit around and suck each other off or go re-live/re-learn/discover some pve stuff, right? Its not like i can PK another paladin or a neutral. So dont give assumption based shit to anyone, thats what ruins your mindset and makes you focus on the negative...
I've not played for long time and I am still in process of getting the hang of things and shaping the RP to come up with an original story, not too much into reckless PK until I learn the "meta" so dont blame me for not playing the game your way...
also, eq doesnt mean that big of a deal, if theres nothing else to do (as stated) it is a good way to have some "completionist" goals e.g. trying to get all the cool stuff available. It gives something to grind towards.
I dont mind grinding exp for whole surge for a Knight that i barely see at 5am while drowsy and passing out irl, i dont mind grinding stuff for you either, because it gives me something to do other than sitting in shaman guildhall and cursing the game that you obviously still want to play, right?
My favorite pastime would be PK, but ill take anything thats available, thanks :) So perhaps you should also try to come up with alternatives if you feel bored enough to go on a meltdown... ive been there done that several times in long past and learned that its not worth it. I mean you are leaving out the fun part about you running in town healing and sleeping too. Since then you haven't been active and if you were on you are getting equipment with those new players. last thing for me, I am really not trying to get in to flame war. I play this game to pk because that is what is fun for me. I will gladly help someone else get eq if that's what is fun for them, or train or explore. What I have seen develop is that pk isn't really a priority right now, maybe the game is going through some changes and honestly I don't want to stifle it by being a reason for why people don't want to play. Thats why I asked davairus to suspend my forum account because everytime i post its a complete shit show. So with this last delete I think the sting from chul has subsided and I am sure the game is in better place because of it.
I think that most of everyone can agree that there's nothing wrong when you play and PK, as you said game lacks PKers. I suspect its because people play casually due to summer or are still in process of re-learning and getting in touch with it, still figuring out what they want to PK with etc. Nothing is stopping you from rolling an evil thats either Legion or non-caballed to draw all the ire of everyone to PK the shit out of you. I didnt allow the end game to happen. I've been taught that cabal meltdowns are fine, except involving Justice. Justice is the only cabal with game breaking capabilities. All Melise had to do was flag Praoli and then shit hits the fan. It was late and I almost ducked it because I was getting evil eye from wifey. All that being said, maybe I should have simply removed Melise from Justice & outcast for attacking in town as a Lawful and then let it play out.

The Justice still has to CALL the guard first which they're not allowed to do if there is not Wanteds in the realm. Unless the Justice guidelines have changed in the past few years since I was Commander.

If you had a problem with the way justices were being handled talk to the immortals. I bet they would have just laughed at the forsaken for crying about a justice, they would just say take his head. But you know wanted and ensnare thats a bitch... Honestly if you can't call a guard when you have an intruder, why does the guard auto attack? The guard doesn't attack the intruder once they leave town. as far as always full looting criminals, I think that happened maybe two or three times since the people apprehended were outlaws who killed justices. So don't say every single time, because thats like me saying everytime I get on discord you message me and tell me who you are playing Dogran. That would be a lie, it only happened once.
Actually, yes I did report it to Justice, and it sparked a note. Last time I had a justice (Dogran was alive) the special guard helpfile said not to use them unless a criminal was present. Finally, the looting paramaters are from the player and not Melise, as I stopped becoming wanted after killing Chul in town when Kali and I were both wanted. I have been wanted 6-7 times on Dogran and never once have I gotten a single item of equipment or anything back after being apprehended. Special guard is suppose to decide that after sentencing. That event has never taken place, as the last several times I have been a criminal there have been zero interaction beyond gankfest.

As an add on, it makes sense to give Justice special guards to attack and control loot situation of criminals/outlaws. it does not make sense to be able to have a special guard helping with cabal invasions(Without a criminal) nor does it make sense to mark someone wanted for killing a justice with the intruder flag. No other cabal gets perks even close to that nice, in fact it is very hard if not impossible to get contracted/anathema unless marked by Exec, or contract paid for by someone (not legion)

I would not blame evils if the paladin leader itself is a literal ass. Waking sleeping people up in town, people who have literally done nothing to him or never spoke to. Last time I had a justice (Dogran was alive) the special guard helpfile said not to use them unless a criminal was present. Finally, the looting paramaters are from the player and not Melise, as I stopped becoming wanted after killing Chul in town when Kali and I were both wanted. I have been wanted 6-7 times on Dogran and never once have I gotten a single item of equipment or anything back after being apprehended. Special guard is suppose to decide that after sentencing. That event has never taken place, as the last several times I have been a criminal there have been zero interaction beyond gankfest. Dogran

As an add on, it makes sense to give Justice special guards to attack and control loot situation of criminals/outlaws. it does not make sense to be able to have a special guard helping with cabal invasions(Without a criminal) nor does it make sense to mark someone wanted for killing a justice with the intruder flag. The people who I group with are whatever people are online and if those people happen to be online as often as i am then what are we supposed to do? Sit around and suck each other off or go re-live/re-learn/discover some pve stuff, right? Its not like i can PK another paladin or a neutral. So dont give assumption based shit to anyone, thats what ruins your mindset and makes you focus on the negative...
I've not played for long time and I am still in process of getting the hang of things and shaping the RP to come up with an original story, not too much into reckless PK until I learn the "meta" so dont blame me for not playing the game your way...
I dont mind grinding exp for whole surge for a Knight that i barely see at 5am while drowsy and passing out irl, i dont mind grinding stuff for you either, because it gives me something to do other than sitting in shaman guildhall and cursing the game that you obviously still want to play, right?
My favorite pastime would be PK, but ill take anything thats available, thanks :) So perhaps you should also try to come up with alternatives if you feel bored enough to go on a meltdown... ive been there done that several times in long past and learned that its not worth it. You are also conflating two things, as far as I know, Melise only apprehended one criminal, Lumubella, who was an outlaw for killing a Justice IE full loot. All the other crap Melise did, was personal and not applicable to Justice guidelines. Maybe you should just heed your own words
The Justice still has to CALL the guard first which they're not allowed to do if there is not Wanteds in the realm. Unless the Justice guidelines have changed in the past few years since I was Commander.
