Poker

Greetings Serins!

Earlier this evening there was an event of great magnitude within Mocker's
Tavern! The Mocker's Tavern Poker Tourney made its comeback and it was well
received. The drinks poured and cards flew and participants had a fantastic
time.

Many participants were removed from the table just as quick as they joined,
soon it came down to two fearsome players. Lord Niusan of the Mystics and a
young ranger by the name of Trath engaged in fearsome battle across the
poker table. Trath's ability to handle the cards even granted him the
limelight, which my friends is no easy accomplishment.

Lord Niusan put up a strong fight, but in the end young Trath walked away
the victor and won the tourney. We were all stunned at this victory, as
Trath sat humbly across the table. He walked away with winnings of 50,000
coins plus the pots of his victories.

Keep your ears to the ground dear Serins, for the poker tourney will be
returning again soon and you may very well be its next victor. If you have
any questions about future events or when the next tourney will be coming
back to the tavern, seek out one of Serin's friendly Heralds and we will be
more than willing to provide you with your event needs!

May the winds keep you all well and safe,
Zemi Aerinonth, The Righteous Breeze, High Herald of Serin

Churlish

On the 22nd Renewal of the Celestial of Malice, our dear reporter was a
little bit naughty. She was tasked with interviewing Lady Lumubella, and,
being uncertain a direct attempt at communication would succeed, decided to
get Lumubella's attention another way! Apparently, Lady Lumubella has been
attempting to recruit our dear Zemi to the Knights of Valour, much to the
consternation of Lady Valindra.

Task in hand, I sought out Lady Lumubella, first looking in Valour and not
finding her, then trying something else to get her attention! As I said, it
was naughty... I first asked Zemi and Lady Valindra if I should try
knocking on the gates, and Lady Valindra said to try thrice because that's a
magic number.

This certainly got Lady Lumubella's attention, as was desired. She was
understandably upset about the gate being attacked, but allowed an audience
with me, Zemi, and Lady Valindra. Lady Lumubella was asked by Lady Valindra
why she kept attempting to recruit Zemi to the Knights of Valour. Lady
Lumubella said he was a holy warrior and basically said she sought his sword
arm and for others like him to aid Valour and protect the innocent. Being
not particularly amused or satisfied by that response, Lady Valindra gave a
warning not to come after her devotees. Lumubella asked if Valindra was
churlish, and Lady Valindra slew Lady Lumubella in cold blood, picked up the
corpse, and ate it!

Valindra then admitted she was perhaps a little churlish. Still, the lesson
of the day is to not poke your nose in other people's business.

Vessik

The 30th Renewal of the Celestial of Malice semed like any other day.
The squire Lysathra asked for assistance in gaining titles and was gaining
them with Naeira and I. Naeira invited Vessik to the group and he was met
with initial skepticism if not hostility. The oath to Valour was discussed
as Lysathra is Lumubella's squire. Vessik himself showed some skepticism,
noting it felt like unpaid labor, and Lysathra noted, it's not labor, think
of it as a sign of trust. This convinced Vessik, and he took the oath. He
noted that he had made a very unwise decision by jumping into a cannon and
found himself launched into Taekir among the soldiers, where he died quickly
and lost his possessions. He also said, this was perhaps the most wise
decision he made recently, taking the oath. I don't judge him for that, but
at the end of the day, Vessik joined the hunting party and all benefitted.

WhiteSeeds

An excerpt from a future book on botany:

A pure white seed - Sold by Emy in Timaran for the low price of 50 gold,
these seeds can be grown to produce pure white herbs. While the taste is a
bit chalky, they provide an aura of protection (Sanctuary) similar in power
to the purple potions held by the hobgoblins of Tenebria. You can plant up
to five of these seeds at a time. There are some that will plant seeds
before taking a long break, so they can find their herbs fully grown upon
their return. If you choose this route, though, be sure to hide them well
as they are coveted by many!

Growing seeds can take upwards of 240 hours. This can be reduced
significantly by planting them in sunlight and pouring a barrel of water on
them. If you have the ability, growing mushrooms will feed the seeds and
allow them to grow even faster. There are means that those of us without
magical abilities can grow mushrooms, though this will be covered in greater
detail in another article.

For those that want to take it a step further, two of these herbs can then
be brewed with Echuir in Seringale (For a much heftier price of 1440 gold)
to make a significantly more powerful potion that offers a stronger aura and
cures blindness. Or, for the truly ambitious, 3 of these herbs can be
brewed along with a magnifying glass from Tainted Valley and a dark red jar
from Sorbus in the plains of the North and for a shocking price of 10,000
gold you can brew a potion of the ancients and have an incredibly powerful
aura that rivals that of even the most powerful magic users.

Naeira, The Airborne Scribe

GrayishHerbs

Grayish seed: protection creature

Similar in price, taste and texture to the pure white herbs, the grayish
seeds sold by Emy in Timaran for 50 gold will grow into a grayish herb that
will offer protection from creatures, as if cast by a magic user of the 40th
rank. This is better than the critter potions sold by Jemira (also in
Timaran) and can be used at any rank! Well, that is until you reach the
pinnacle of your guild, then you're out of luck. Now here is the interesting
thing, there are multiple grayish herbs throughout the land. Make sure you
know what you've planted and where. For you foragers, be sure to learn how
to identify plants, because the wild grown grayish herbs can either be
beneficial and make you stronger via the giant strength spell learned by the
guilds of the shamans and illusionists, OR you can find a poisonous one that
looks almost exactly the same! Make sure you know what you're looking at!

Naeira, The Airborne Scribe

PotionOfSeeing

Greetings all! In my continued studies of botany and brewing, I came
across something I cannot explain and I hope someone here can help me with
the answers.

As many of you are aware, and as I'm learning, black seeds can be grown into
black herbs. These can be used to cure blindness. Two of these can be
brewed together to create an enriched gyvel potion and a much stronger cure
to blindess. The third option has been the most baffling to me for 3
reasons: the potion of seeing by Echiur in Seringale is not only the most
expensive option, but it requires the most work - three black herbs, one
dragon eye, and ideally a fragment. This produces a cure to blindness that
isn't even as strong as the enriched gyvel! And then, the most baffling
part, this potion is not listed in the codex! I brewed one, hoping that I
would find another unidentified item, but no it's neither unidentified nor
in the codex. I would imagine partly because who in their right mind would
spend the money and effort to brew a potion that's not even as effective as
the much simpler enriched gyvel. But the information should at least be out
there, which is why I am reaching out to you much more knowledgeable folks.

Anyway, that's enough rambling. If anybody has any information about
the how, the why, or the what-for, please reach out! I'm very curious about
this one. Thank you for your time.

Naeira, the Airborne Scribe

2) Interviews With Serin's Finest

Niusan

So I decided to interview our own Lord Niusan, asking a few questions...
And he delivered very good answers! Initially, the attempt was made through
correspondence, but we eventually met in-person at the Lord's Grace in
Seringale on the 26th Renewal of the Celestial of Malice.

So here is how it happened, and what was said...

Initially, Loud Niusan comes about, I note I sent him a note directly, he
reads through his notes, then departs briefly. Then he comes back and sees
my interview request and appears to me in a puff of smoke in the Lord's
Grace.

I ask him four questions:

Cepheryn: which guildhall did you join as a mortal?

Niusan: Well I still consider myself to belong to that guild, heheh. The
guild of invokers.

Niusan: It was Noliperus himself that influenced me. To become an Invoker,
then a Mystic, then immortalship was my own pursuit.

C: Speaking of elements, do you have a favored element?

N: Oh, well that would be earth. I do tend to have a love for all that
grows.

N: Though fire is nice to help cook the food and light the cigars, heheh.

C: I suppose the third question is probably obvious to you, but reiterate to
me for curiosity's sake: how do you see yourself contributing to the
Consortium in the near and far future?

N: Honestly, that is currently the mystery. Though I would love to see the
Mystics more involved with Serin, that much is certain.

C: I suppose continue to be an active part of the affairs of the Consortium,
assuming you have time for that, would be a fine answer.

Niusan agreed with me and I went to the last question:

C: The last one is this: what words of advice would you give to an
adventurer who is still learning their way around?

N: Never be afraid to consult to fellow Serins or the gods. Like a
well-tended garden, we are all here to help one grow and flourish. There is
much to learn and see, explore!

N: And always carry recall potions! Hah!

C: To that I will add that my own words would be explore, do not take death
personally, and realize there are bad people out there but most are decent.

C: And that concludes my interview. Thank you for your time!

N: You're welcomee!

Then Niusan disappeared in a puff of smoke, leaving me alone in the Lord's
Grace before I wrote this report.

- The Witness of the Void

Enibis

On the 17th Renewal of the Celestial of Death, I decided to dedicate some
time to talking to our patron, Enibis. We gossiped a bit before meeting in
person at the Drink Well near Rayor. He left the door to the Traveler's
Rest wide open, which I would normally consider a crime, but he's a druid so
I gave him a pass on that.

Enibis is a goblin in addition to a druid, and oddly enough, unlike the rest
of his kin he is not evil. He worships the Lady Valindra, and has purchased
a yearly patronage for 100,000 coins. As I said to him, you spent a small
fortune, but one which can be acquired with some effort. He more or less
agreed with me while also noting gold comes and goes.

Anyway, I asked why he became a druid, and he said that his kin tend to
forage in miscellaneous areas but he tended to forage in the forest more
than most of his kin. He's also always had a love of nature, with both its
wildness and tranquility. He noted he wasnt as mischievous as most of his
kin, so he didn't really fit in. But, as I said to him, hes still a
scavenger or pack rat, so he shares something with his kin. When I noted
that, he displayed several prismatic crystal shards and some smaller shards
and said he had obtained them one by one and combined them. Curious, I
asked if he did any research at Kortho, and after he claimed ignorance, I
explained you can acquire large crystal shards through him. Apparently the
fellow didn't know!

Enibis does like shiny things, which is also a goblin trait. But again,
unlike the rest of his kin, and I asked him this because I found it curious
he could worship Lady Valindra, he is not an evil fellow. He tends to keep
to himself and holds no ill-will towards anyone.

In closing, I asked him a few questions. I first asked him what his
favorite drink was, and he said, I've never considered that, but I would
have to say water which comes from the earth in moss-covered fields. He
claimed it had quite an earthy taste to it. When asked of any goals he's
working towards, Enibis said, and I quote, 'Learning all there is to be had
of these lands. I tend to enjoy exploring.'

Then I asked him which cabals were his favorite and least favorite, and he
said Keepers were his favorite because they keep balance, but that Justice
isn't bad either since they look out for trouble. And he inferred that the
Knights and Legion were his two least favorite cabals in no particular order
but that they must do what they must do.

And there we have it! A goblin druid among the patrons of the tavern, who
is willing to spend a small fortune to acquire yearly membership. And a
goblin unlike any other goblin!

Avenar

Greetings Serins,

Recently I had the marvelous opportunity to sit Lord Avenar down for an
interview. It was quite profound to say the least. We spoke of life, love,
the heavens, all of which one would think would matter not to a god but it
seems they do.

We spoke of his humble beginnings as a boy within New Ofcol. A young one
working merely to earn his way through religious instruction. His studies
led him to Seringale which is where his life truly began...

Through his time learning the various peoples and religious beliefs within
Serin, he came upon a young Valindra, speaking of her as and I quote " A
goblin with eyes for curiosity and a nose for trouble." Now for all of us
that know Lady Valindra, we know these words can be true. But we do love
her all the same.

He continued to explain that through the Heralds he could find stories and
mysteries that he could no where else. He said to me that these were crazy
times. For demon portals were appearing and disappearing from the Abyss.
Demons threatening and tormenting Serins.

These incursions continued until Lord Avenar and the other members of the
Consortium began to research ways to end the madness. Through coordinated
attacks and finally banishing the demonic leaders were they able to end the
threat.

He then began to explain that through this research he forced to become an
expert in planar history and magic. It was then he realized that he would
need to continue his studies for what was required to ascend to the heavens.
For at this time the Heralds also needed divine leadership.

So after listening very intently to his story, I asked him a question I
think we are all wondering. I asked him "My lord, Have you learned much
since your accession into the heavens? What have you learned as a god
watching over mortals?" To which he replied, ""There is so many unique and
wonderful things that mortals bring to Serin. Just when you think you've
seen every iteration, every idea, something will surprise you."

"Not every idea comes from above. So many things start with real
conversations right here in Serin with the mortals of the land. I don't
know if everyone in the heavens sees that like I do."

We continued to talk about Serin and things to come ladies and gentlemen,
but that will be a second part of this interview to come in the future.

If you wish to hear the continued story of Lord Avenar make sure to purchase
the next edition of the Serin Mystique!

May the winds keep him forever well and safe,
Zemi Aerinonth, The Righteous Breeze, High Herald of Serin

Vaelan

Greetings Friends,

Following his hard-won victory in a duel against Deliya the Warlord, Vaelan
agreed to sit for an interview with a wandering bard. The conversation took
place at the Altar of Virgin.

When asked of his priorities, Vaelan was clear: his foremost goal is to
dismantle Deuzia and Eira from their current reign of terror. Of the two,
he spoke of Eira with particular uncertainty. Her standing as a Threat
appears to fluctuate, leading Vaelan to wonder whether the Balance itself
remains uncertain of the extent of her power. He suggested that Eira's
unusual devotion to honor may be a factor in this uncertainty. In a realm
where power and intent are often measured together, her adherence to honor
presents an uncommon contradiction.

Vaelan also spoke of the Keepers themselves, noting with some surprise that
their ranks contain far more members than their current activity would
suggest. Many have remained absent and silent, leaving their numbers
impressive in name but sparse in presence. Several members risk dissolving
into the Veil should they fail to return before the next Blood Moon.

The conversation eventually turned toward Cepheryn and a recent, less than
cordial encounter. Vaelan expressed curiosity about the inner gossip
surrounding the matter. The Herald, however, admitted to knowing little of
the affair. Still, the exchange offered an opportunity to remind Vaelan of
a Herald's greater duty: kindness, discretion, and the avoidance of needless
offense.

WordsAboutWeapons

There are many weapons in Serin,
Take note of what all is within.

The lord's scepter, the mace,
Puts all within their place.

Into the back, the dagger,
Can make everyone stagger.

The cavalier's weapon, the sabre,
Is long, thin, curved, and tapered.

Then there is the sword,
The weapon of the lord.

Let the head go on the pike,
To get planted on the spike.

Though that may not be all,
There are many ways to fall.

- The Witness of the Void

LotusFlower

I gazed upon the open sky,
And I saw a bird-lady fly.

She became my friend, a familial relation;
A great woman, a source of jovial elation.

So, I went to the lake,
A red lotus did I take,
Removed its petals one by one,
All and every single one, done.

Nine petals did the flower have,
So it twas upon the better half.

She loved me, so the flower said,
As I dropped nine petals of red.

- The Witness of the Void

WormyApples

As I walked in solace,
Over the marketplace,
I arrived, coin in hand,
At Farmer Samul's stand.

Upon his head was a straw hat,
And he stopped to chit-chat.
I noticed within,
An old little bin.

Within, were apples with bruises,
Disgusting, not worthy of sale,
Those apples gave out no juices,
Clearly unfit for any lunch pail.

I picked one up, and Farmer Samul said,
Don't eat that! Eat this one instead.
He gave me a fresh apple, full of red,
And said, that apple has worms, it's not yummy,
Here, let's not upset your little tummy.

The bad apple I gave him,
And then I thanked him.

Chattel

Perhaps I have been blessed;
Perhaps I'm truly possessed.
As far as it goes,
No one truly knows.

Stryth, be with me,
I shall beeech thee.
Market has supply and demand,
School, only mere reprimands.

Perhaps I am now chattel;
Life is no longer a hassle.
Maybe I am the chosen one?
Let's find out and have fun!

4) Cabal Affairs

TheMightyWarlords

Greetings Serins,

The Warlords are back in full swing! With the return of Korvak and many new
recruits duels are as fierce as ever! I have had the opprotunity to speak
with many of the new members and they are eager to prove their worth. Under
Korvak's guidance I am sure we will see them all grow into fine warriors and
the sands of the Arena will forever be in motion.

The member of the Warlords are as follows: Korvak, Deliya, Rilyd, Kotos,
Juhgoruhm, Rhaotha, Szrevikha, Xharhyn, Dardos, and Viraf

May they all guide their blades for the fallen,
The Righteous Breeze

TheDarkArmy

Legion's numbers are thin, with only Eira and Deuzia taking up the banner
and Dogran overseeing from the heavens, but they are a ferocious bunch!
Deuzia formed an alliance between Zylenier and Dogran (see: TheAlliance) and
has been regularly stomping the Warlords beneath her boots, which I must say
are of the massive, iron-shod variety.

Legion will accept new recruits, though they have not explicitly said they
are actively looking for new members at this time.

Meanwhile, Lord Dogran has assured me that he likes me writing about his
Legions regardless of whether they win or lose because it contributes to the
overall chaos and he loves that. So keep your eyes posted for new content
about Legion's members!

- The Witness of the Void

TheKnights

Greetings Serins,

The Knights of Valour are hard at work trying to keep evil at bay and the
city in peace. Lady Lumubella is hard a work recruiting new squires and
making sure the holy city forever shines.

With the return of the Executor, Sir Tynidas, things have been quiet as of
late. They have also knighted a young squire of the name Lysathra. She is
sure to make a fine addition to their halls.

The current members of the Knights are as follows:
Tynidas, Lysathra

May their Light purge the darkness,
The Righteous Breeze

QuietJustice

Greetings Serins,

The halls of Justice are quite busy keeping the inner sanctums of their
guild halls free from crime. Their presence and watchful eyes make them
feel like statues in place to keep a watchful eye.

If anyone has any questions about the laws, make sure to chat one up. I am
sure you will get the information you need...

Current members of the halls of Justice are as follows: Werranydd, Lothuram,
and Sinidar

AmbitiousKeepers

Hear ye, hear ye! A quick dispatch from the ever-reliable Pippit, Future
Herald of Legend.

The Keepers currently consist of the brave and presumably questionably sane
Caowyn, Ithril, and Vaelan. Their foremost ambition? To dismantle Deuzia
from their current reign of terror, thereby restoring balance to the realm
or at the very least, making their workdays considerably more interesting.
Further details shall be provided as they become available, assuming I
survive long enough to acquire them.

Pippit, Herald of Legend, Somehow Still Employed

5) Coterie Affairs

TheHeralds

Greetings Serins,

The Heralds are back in full swing after a loss of their High Herald Edaena.
Never the ones to take anything lying down, they have begun to rebuild.
With the direction of Lady Valindra and Lord Avenar, they have recruited new
members and have appointed Zemi as the new High Herald of Serin.

With a new Mystique just on the horizon, new events are also on the way
along with the rebirth of some old ones that Serins really enjoyed. Stay
tuned to see what your friendly, neighborhood Heralds have in store for
Serin!

The current members are as follows:
Zemi, Olag, Naeira, and Pippit

TheMystics

Greetings Serins,

The Mystics of Serin are once again back to their mystical ways with the
return of Lord Niusan as their leader. After speaking with him at length he
has told me that they are soon to be back in full swing.

Soon they will be back to helping Serin discover gods and writing the great
Codex, along with their pursuit of knowledge of the magical ways of Serin.

Lord Niusan has also asked me to spread a message, that message being "If
you seek wisdom and wish to spread wisdom, the halls of the Mystics are
open!"

Current Mystics are as follows:
Foggledonk, Reldazian, Fizzlewick, Verasa, Kohi, and Pauwyr

TheScholars

Greetings Serins,

The Scholars of Serin have been busy researching the very things that make
Serin tick! Looking over every stone, plant, and whatever else their
curiosity takes them to.

They are also looking for the best and brightest of Serins to join their
halls. So if you happen to be a fellow Serin that delights in learning
everything around you and sharing your knowledge with others, seek them out!

The current Scholars of Serin are as follows:
Janka, and Daemir

Strife

Greetings Serins,

The coterie of Strife has been quiet as of late. Perhaps due to the
Warlords rising in their ranks. Not one has been seen since the loss of
Fraeland.

But fear not, for if you wish to duel like the best of them but not become a
Warlord, you can purchase a fighting license right at the Arena!

Current members of Strife are as follows:
Unknown

6) The Gossip Column

TheAlliance

After hearing the conflicting stories about Zylenier in the last issue of
the Mystique (Volume 18, Issue 2), I chose to investigate the matter. The
first person I interviewed, Deuzia of Legion, turned out to be exactly the
right person to ask! She told me upon my initial inquiry if she knew
anything about Zylenier that I come to the right place. I mentioned the
recent issue of the Mystique and how a Herald claimed to have killed a god.
I noted this was the third article in the first line and she told me, the
first article in that line is more important. She made some not so nice
comments about what she thought of the matter, which need not be repeated
here.

Though I will say, Deuzia has a sense of humor. Dry and grim perhaps, but a
sense of humor nonetheless. She assured me that Zylenier had, as usual,
pulled some strings like a puppet and deceived somebody into thinking he was
dead. But no, Zylenier is quite alive, and Deuzia herself is proof. Her
entrance to Legion became the embrace of an alliance between two gods of
Shadow: Zylenier himself, and Dogran.

When I asked Deuzia if she required payment for the information, she replied
in the negative. And that was more or less the extent of our interactions
regarding the talk about Zylenier.

- The Witness of the Void

MagicalWarlord

Recent rumors around Seringale have a young Lindblom Hazes seeking to
join the Warlords as their first and only magic user. So far, the request
has not been taken seriously by the one Warlord I have been able to discuss
the matter with, however the young gnome seems convinced that this is either
likely, or will happen soon, possibly believing himself a Warlord already.
More details to come.

Naeira, The Airborne Scribe

ThePendulum

Internal murmurs within the Legion cabal suggest that the Keeper's
pendulum now only triggers upon the current dragon! A Keeper allegedly told
the Forsaken of this change, and we only overheard it but could not confirm
it.

TAVERN RUMOR: THE DEUZIA ROCK INCIDENT

I have recently learned that Deuzia, the terrifying Drow Dark Knight, has a
rather unusual hobby. She collects tiny rocks that look like faces.

Naturally, as a highly respected half-elf bard with impeccable judgment, I
challenged her to a collecting contest. I brought seven. She brought three
hundred and eighty-two.

Some had faces. Some had angry faces. One looked suspiciously like my
mother. She claimed they whisper tactical advice. I laughed.

Then one of the rocks whispered my name. I immediately apologized to
Deuzia, surrendered my collection, and left town for several days.

I would like it known that I did not lose the contest. I simply recognized
an overwhelming tactical disadvantage.

7) Those We Have Lost

Edaena

Greetings Serins,

On this day, day of the Taekir War, 23rd Renewal of the Celestial of Piety.
Our beloved High Herald of Serin Edaena took her final breath.

Edaena was born the daughter of a minor diplomat but grew to become so much
more. As the High Herald of Serin she was known through all the land for
her sharpness with the quill and being there to help young ones in need.

Everyone that knew her thought her as an inspiration. Everyone within the
Consortium knew her as a friend. A friend that would protect you and help
you, but also scold when you knew you had done wrong. Her many
accomplishments will ring out through the ages in Serin.

May she forever walk with the Heralds we have lost,
Zemi Aerinonth, The Righteous Breeze, Master Scribe of Tragedy

Crilia

Greetings Serins,

On this day the Day of Alliances, 11th Renewal of the Celestial of Malice,
Crilia drew her final breath.

Not much is known of the background of the Quasit Crilia, but for those of
us that knew her knew she was quite the trickster. For one day she would
have a pleasant conversation with you, then the next you were feeling her
Hellstream.

For some of us she loved to goad, playing pranks and being a menance. But
deep down within her heart shown a light. To whatever afterlife she has
entered, may it be one where she can play her tricks with a smile on her
face.

May the winds guide her spirit well and safe,
Zemi Aerinonth, The Righteous Breeze, High Herald of Serin

Thalen

Greetings Serins,

On this day, the Day of the Taekir War, 15th Renewal of the Celestial of
Malice, Thalen took his final breath.

Thalen the Gnome was a Riftward of the most mysterious kind. Driven by an
obsession to uncover wonders hidden beyond the veil. Although possessed by
a demon, he did not let that hinder his pursuit of adventure.

For those of us that new Thalen, he was a gentle but firm gnome strong
within his personal convictions. And all of us that knew him were better
for it.

May he find the wonders he so searched for within the afterline,
Zemi Aerinonth, The Righteous Breeze, High Herald of Serin

Dolgrin

Greetings Serins,

On this day, Day of the Dragon Wars, 15th Renewal of the Celestial of
Malice, Dolgrin drew his final breath.

Dolgrin was a Dwarf of the highest caliber, coming from a long line of
blacksmiths and miners. Though that life was not for Dolgrin, he preferred
to adventure and learn. From a young age he had always felt a keen
connection with the deities of Serin and longed to learn all he could about
them.

This connection is what drew him to the Mystics of Serin and the longing to
join their halls. It was there he began to research the gods and goddesses
of the land.

For those of us that knew young Dolgrin, he was a gentle soul with adventure
in his eyes. With a calm, friendly demeanor he was a shining presence to
those that surrounded him.

May he find all of the answers he was searching for in his adventure within the afterlife,

Daraelia

Greetings Serins,

On this day, Day of Alliances, 26th Renewal of the Celestial of Malice,
Daraelia drew her final breath.

Not much is known of the origins of the Scholar Daraelia, however her
exploits of killing dragons and destroying prime evils have rang throughout
the lands.

For those of us that have travelled with her knew her to be a fierce
priestess, but also a knowledgeable mentor. Always some how knowing the
answers to the questions you asked.

She was the most kind and joyful of Dwarves one could ever meet and her
presence within the Consortium, but also the world will be sorely missed.

May she continue to have grand adventures within the afterlife,
Zemi Aerinonth, The Righteous Breeze, High Herald of Serin

Caladir

Greetings Serins,

On this day, Day of the Great War, 29th Renewal of the Celestial of Malice,
Caladir lost his life.

Caladir, once a Knight of Valour was an Elf unlike no other. Virtuous,
righteous, and fierce. Sadly, his fall from grace began to lead him down a
dark path.

Through one mistake, he went from being the Elf we all knew as friend, to
becoming a demon. He tried to fight against the darkness that began to
consume him but in the end he was unable to win.

Perhaps through in the afterlife he can gain the redemption within the light he sought so hard after,
Zemi Aerinonth, The Righteous Breeze, High Herald of Serin
